Casa Noble Organic Tequila Facts

Land
Casa Noble's estate was never cultivated before the introduction of our blue agave. There is no contamination from residual chemicals.  Additionally, our estate is surrounded by forest, so there is no runoff from neighboring farms.
Water
Our water is drawn directly from the purest of sources - the volcano of Tequila - through Casa Noble’s private wells.
Fermentation
Casa Noble’s specially formulated yeast turns product over in 3-5 days. Slower fermentation results in a more complex tequila. Most other tequila disilleries use industrial grade yeast which takes 24 hours.

Casa Noble's Additional Commitments to Clean Production

Casa Noble is committed to clean production with zero contamination. Waste produced after distillation is toxic. Casa Noble is one of the first distilleries to build a waste treatment plant:

  • Solid Waste is utilized in compost heaps.
  • Liquid Waste is purified into grey water and is utilized in irrigation of our estate landscaping.
