Signature Seasonal Cocktails

Casa Noble Organic Margarita

2 oz Casa Noble Crystal Tequila

1 oz Fresh Lime Juice (or the juice of 1 whole lime)

¾ oz La Sierra Agave Nectar

Garnish- lime wheel and optional kosher salt rim

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake, strain, serve up or on the rocks. Garnish with a lime wheel. To salt rim- moisten rim of glass with lime, gently roll in a plate of kosher salt.
Casa Noble Paloma

2 oz Casa Noble Reposado Tequila

Fresh Grapefruit Juice

1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice

Splash of Fizz

Pour the Casa Noble Reposado Tequila into a glass and squeeze in the fresh lime juice. Add ice and fill with the fresh grapefruit juice and fizz. Stir and enjoy.
Casa Noble Anejo Casa Royal

2 oz Casa Noble Añejo Tequila

½ oz Triple Sec

2 oz Fresh Lime Juice

½ oz Topped off with a Champagne float (or Prosecco)

Serve on the rocks with an optional salt rim.

Crystal Cocktails

Nobelita

1 Part Organic Orange Juice

2 Parts Casa Noble Crystal

3 Parts Pom Pomegranate Juice

Serve on the rocks and enjoy.
Mojito Jamaica (Hibiscus Mojito)

2 oz Casa Noble Crystal Tequila

2 oz of Hibiscus Simple Syrup (recipe follows)

3 Mint Leaves

½ oz Fresh Lime Juice

½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1 Lime Wheel

Fill cocktail shaker and a double rocks glass with ice and sprigs of Mint. Add the Tequila, Hibiscus Syrup and lime and lemon juices to the shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into the glass. Garnish with the lime wheel and serve.
Hibiscus Simply Syrup (for Hibiscus Mojito)

2/3 Cup of Sugar

2/3 Cup of Water

¼ cup dried hibiscus flowers

In a saucepan, combine sugar and water and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and stir in the dried hibiscus flowers. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes. Strain into a glass jar, cover, and refrigerate until needed. The syrup will keep, tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Makes ¾ cup
Noble Smash

2 oz Casa Noble Crystal

2 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice

2 oz Cranberry Juice

Serve on the rocks with a lemon twist garnish
Green Apple Tequini

2 oz Casa Noble Crystal (Silver)

1 oz Apple Schnapps

Splash of Midori

Squeeze of Fresh Lime Juice

Shake ingredients in mixing glass with ice, then strain into a cocktail glass. Slice of green apple for garnish.
Cosmoquila

2 oz Casa Noble Tequila Crystal

1 oz Cointreau

1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice

Shake ingredients in mixing glass with ice, then strain into a cocktail glass.

Reposado Cocktails

Tamarind Margarita

3 oz Casa Noble Reposado

1½ oz Agave Syrup Sierra

2 tbs Lime Juice

4 oz Tamarind Pulp

Pour ingredients into a blender with ice and blend until desired smoothness. For the rim: mix kosher salt and chile piquin powder, and a bit of brown sugar. Pour rim mixture in the drink to garnish. Adjust Agave Syrup to the Tamarind Pulp.
The Sicilian

2 oz Casa Noble Reposado

½ oz Blood Orange Purée

2 ½ oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

1 oz Domaine De Canton ginger liquor

1 ½ oz Cranberry Juice

Add a twist of lime and enjoy in a short glass. Brown sugar simple is made one to one and agave simple is made one to one.

Anejo Cocktails

2 oz Casa Noble Anejo

1 oz Aperol

2 oz Fresh Ruby Red Grape Fruit Juice

Serve over ice.
Anejo di’ oro (Golden Aged)

½ oz Anise Liqueur (or Elderflower Liqueur)

2 oz Casa Noble Anejo

1 Vanilla Bean

Edible Gold Leaf Flakes

Soak vanilla bean in Anise Liqueur for 30 sec. then swirl to coat the inside of glass, empty anise liqueur. Pour in Casa Noble Anejo. Garnish with edible gold. Serve at room temperature.
Billionaire Margarita

2 oz Casa Noble Anejo

1 oz Grand Marnier 150 Year

1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

Serve shaken over ice
